Fuel Component Performance Upgrade Kit 1999-2004 F-150 Lightning & Harley

Is your 1999 - 2004 Lightning SVT F-150 or Harley Davidson SVT F-150 starving for more fuel? JDM Engineering has designed a fuel delivery and air flow meter upgrade package that will ensure your 5.4L Supercharged engine does not run lean. Around 450 HP at the tires most Lightning SVT or Harley Davidson SVT F-150 trucks will reach the limitations of the factory fuel system and mass air flow meter capabilities. The mass air meter controls fueling commands through the trucks computer while the fuel injectors and fuel pumps are what delivers fuel to the engine. When they reach their full duty cycle the engine will not get enough fuel eventually run lean and if left unattended will damage your engine. To prevent this from happening Team JDM has put together the 1999-2004 Lightning SVT F-150 or Harley Davidson SVT F-150 Performance Fuel Injectors, Fuel Pumps, & Mass Air Flow Upgrade Power Package which includes upgrades for each of the key fueling components. For the mass air upgrade JDM Engineering uses the BA2600 Mass air meter. The BA2600 mass air will support over 600 HP at the tires making it the perfect upgrade. To supply extra fuel to the engine a larger set of 60 lb-hr Fuel Injectors are included along with a set of Warlbro 255 l-hr Fuel Pumps. These fuel components will support over 700 HP at the tires if necessary, big enough for any task you have in mind. Custom tuning is required for these parts and should be checked on a Dyno after installation to make sure the engine is not seeing too much fuel. JDM Engineering offers custom tuning for these components using an SCT Xcalibrator 4 programmer device.
