The Kooks 2015-2019 Mustang Long-Tube Headers come standard with 1-3/4" Primary Tubes with 1-7/8" primaries as an option. Typically at JDM we use 1-3/4" primaries up to about 800HP. The 1-3/4" Primaries yield a nice power curve with little low end torque loss and Excellent Mid-Range and Peak Power Gains. Any applications over 800HP should be fitted with the 1-7/8 headers to ensure maximum air flow from the heads under the extreme heat and pressure of a High HP Engine.
This 2015-2019 Mustang GT Kooks Long-Tube Header System includes an OEM connection High-Flow Catted Mid-Pipe that utilizes the OEM or any 2015 Mustang GT Aftermarket Cat-Back Exhaust System. The OEM connection system is ideal for N/A applications to achieving huge gains in power while keeping the exhaust volume down. This system can also be purchased with 49 State Legal Green Cats.
States that require OBDII Emissions Readiness Checks and or Tail Pipe Emissions Tests must select the Green catted option in order to pass State Inspection.
